Privacy Policy

CohortHub ("we," "us," or "our") runs a waitlist for study cohorts. This page explains what information we collect when you sign up, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

We don't ask for passwords, payment details, or any other sensitive personal information as part of the waitlist form.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Where your information is stored

Waitlist submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a third-party database provider. Firebase may process this data on servers outside your country. You can read more about Google's own data practices in Firebase's documentation.

4. Cookies and fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser makes a request to Google, which may log standard technical information like your IP address. We don't set our own tracking or advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep waitlist submissions for as long as your account is active or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@cohorthub.site. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

7. Children's privacy

CohortHub isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of CohortHub after changes means you accept the updated policy.

9. Contact us
